1. 5月22日，中国总理李克强与巴基斯坦总统阿西夫 · 阿里 · 扎尔达里在巴国总统府共同见证签署合建孔子学院的执行协议。

   On May 22nd, 2013, Chinese Primer Minister Li Keqiang and Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari witnessed  the signing          ceremony of the executive agreement about the establishment of the Confucius Institute.

2. 5月23日，应巴基斯坦卡拉奇大学副校长穆罕默德·凯瑟博士邀请，孔子学院总干事、国家汉办主任许琳参访了卡拉奇大学和孔子学院教学楼，双方就孔子学院项目进行了友好交流。

3.11月29日，在信德省省督府里成功举行了揭牌仪式，200多位嘉宾出席了孔子学院揭牌仪式，卡拉奇大学孔子学院正式运营。
