Unforgettable Adventure “Chinese Bridge 2017” (2)
I am very delighted and grateful to be able to take part in 16th Chinese Bridge Competition as a guest of view representing” The Confucius Institute University of Karachi Pakistan”, Which was launched at Hunan University with a total participation of 123 students from 106 Countries. Not I have only known those who love Chinese but also built a precious friendship with them. I value this opportunity very much because I found the whole world in China. I met with a lot of friends from different Countries and we shared our experience of Learning Chinese language and this thing encouraged me more to learn Chinese language future in depth and know more about the Chinese Culture. There were students from about all over the world just for the only purpose that was ” Chinese language and Culture, no matter how far we are from each other, how much difference we have in culture ,language and tradition but the one and only common among us was the Love for Chinese language and Culture due to its rich knowledge and history.
My journey Started on 3rd of August 2017 from Karachi Airport and I was received at Beijing Airport with a warm welcome by a Volunteer. That was not only me who had a flight that day but there were also eight other students from other countries who already reached there before me. We were taken to the Hotel in Beijing where we met Miss Zheng Ting the Incharge of our Chinese Bridge Camp and who welcomed Us and gave us some Instructions, provided us rooms, a broacher consisting all activities fully planned with the dates and timing. And she divided us in three Groups consisting of 40 students.
We went to The Great Wall of China ,Birds Nest Olymic Stadium and Confucius Headquarter.
We went to the Great Wall of China in the Morning. As we all were not that much familiar to each other but this day we got an opportunity to talk to each other, we really had a lot of fun, as the weather of Beijing was hot but and the View and Sighting from the Great Wall really Made Our Day. We also visited the Confucius Headquarter (Hanban) where the Opening Ceremony was held.
We Flied to Changsha, Opening Ceremony at Hunan University, Visited Yuelu Ancient library to experience Hunan Culture and attended a seminar “About China”.
As this was the Second day and the friendship bonds among the fellows were getting stronger, All of us were greeting each other and were having discussions about our Countries and Experience in learning Chinese Language. Today we have to fly to Changsha, All of us were in Green Shirts of The Chinese Bridge Competition and everybody was so excited. We Visited The YueLu Ancient Library and saw its beauty and came to know about its rich history where the great leaders of China had studied And we also attended a Seminar About China .
We Went to JUZHI ZHOUTOU to see Mao Zhu Xi Head Sculpture.
This was our second day in Changsha and our third day in China, Today Visited the Juzhi ZhouTou .We saw the beautiful Sculpture which shows the great respect of the Chinese people for their Leader.
Went to Changsha Dong Guang Ku to take part in “One Belt an One Road”
We Visited Changsha Dong Guang Ku to take Part in “One Belt One Road” .Where we were warmly welcomed and taken Us to show the process of Pottery and Mural painting . An event was also launched, where every Individual took part in pottery making process and Mural Painting.
We experienced a day in Chinese Family
This was the activity which I was waiting from the very beginning . I really enjoyed the day I spent in a in Chinese family . It was an Amazing experience for me.The family with whom I spent my day was a lovely family, so kind and warm hearted, We spent the day by discussing about our Cultures, language, tradition and Practices. I learned very much from this experience. We also Visited the Humming Tower (The Place where the Ancient Leaders of China were helding their meetings). It was a day spent like a mist .
Wandered Around Taiping street Huangxi South Road to have Changsha Street Food
This was another amazing day that we experienced the walk in Changsha street and its delicious Food. We went to Taiping Street accompanied by our Chinese Volunteer. Everybody was Wandering around in the Beautiful street of Taiping. And were having Chinese delicious foods and drinks .
Went to Yue Yang Garden to feel the natural beauty of Hunan province And
Our Foreign Students Union Celebration Night
This day we Visited the Yue Yang Garden to feel the natural beauty of Hunan Province, We all enjoyed lot by roaming around the beautiful garden. And in the evening all of us wore our national costumes and showed performances like singing, dancing, calligraphy etc .Everybody was in swing and was enjoying the night with Zeal and Zest.
Visited Ning Xiang Ping Sha to watch the creation of xiang xiu and Changsha project measeum to learn the current development of Changsha City.
It was another Interesting day that we visited the Creation of Xiang Xiu and Changsha Project Museum to learn the Current development of Changsha City. I not only learned about the Current development of Changsha City but the thing amazed me was the people’s passion to know about their City. Even smalls Kids were there playing games and those games were designed in such a way that the kids were learning about their City and Country.
What I have Learned From Chinese Bridge
1. The Sacrifice and Hard Work of the Leaders of China like Chairman Mao, Liu Shao Qi and all others that today China is Fastest Growing Economy in the World .
2. The Love of Chinese People for their Language ,Culture and their Country, That today Chinese language has developed that much even the language of Science and technology there is in Chinese ,even their Satellite is Designed and programmed in Chinese Language.
3. The last but not the Least the people of China are Loving, Honest, Responsible and Committed.
( I must Say thanks China for contributing in the world for making it a better place to live)
