中华文化体验之美味---中国菜

2017年11月16日下午，在NED大学电子工程系汉语选修一级班，学生们品尝了由胡志天老师做的中国菜：宫保鸡丁，青椒土豆丝。胡志天老师从菜系、知名度、食材选择、制作流程等方面对这两道中国菜进行了详细地介绍。学生们听地津津有味，在品尝了宫保鸡丁后，学生们一致好评并表现出对中国美食的极大兴趣。

本次中国菜体验活动让巴基斯坦学生走出书本，从饮食看中国，不仅加强了学生们对中国文化的兴趣，也促进了中巴文化相互交流。
